Alicia is a Registered Nurse and a member of American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA); she is a compassionate, highly motivated professional with 11 years ‘experience. Alicia’s clinical education provides a strong foundation for the kind of holistic approach to patient’s illness. She believes that healing and wholeness are matters of body, mind and spirit.

Alicia has previously worked with internationally recognized treatment facilities having been trained in Jamaica. She obtained her certification as a Dialysis Nurse in 2008. She is proficient in caring for acute and chronic dialysis patients, pre, and intra and post dialysis. As a member of the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA), Alicia keeps current with advances in Nephrology nursing.

Alicia is very involved in assisting both local and traveling patients to ensure their experience for treatment provided runs as smoothly as possible and is of excellent standard. She sets high standards for herself and the staff to ensure that RenalMed Associates offers and provides a service to local and international clients of the best quality.

Continued Education:

Currently pursuing Master’s Degree in Nursing from Walden University.

To be an effective nurse educator, leaving an indelible mark on all who grace her presence and to be an advocate for patients with renal failure.
