Tariro is a nephrology trained nurse, graduated from Parirenyatwa School of Nursing, Zimbabwe with a Diploma in Renal Nursing. She is also a BsN holder from Texila American University. As a registered nurse since 2009, she has extensive experience across general medicine,surgical, oncology, critical care and counseling. She also has a certificate in Counselling from Zimbabwe Open University.

Tariro is a seasoned nurse of 10 years of which 4 are in Renal care, she joined RenalMed in 2018 and prioritizes quality care to all patients. She brings innovation, critical thinking and evidence based practice in the way she delivers her work. Tariro has immaculate experience in Acute and Chronic Renal failure, providing Haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Together with keen team members, she strives to remain committed; work towards excellence in healthcare and make RenalMed the home to all its Renal patients. She believes in bringing value to healthcare where patient autonomy is maintained and professionalism is upheld.

Tariro’s philosophy is “you have to surrender to the fact that you are one of too many in a highly competitive field where it is difficult to stand out. Overtime, through your work, you will demonstrate who you are and what you bring to the field. Just stay with it and keep working.
